Uses deep finger pressure, and slower strokes of friction techniques across the muscles. Deep tissue massage is used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury.
Pregnancy Massage

This particular massage is used to reduce stress, decrease swelling, relieve aches and pains, and reduce anxiety and depression. Various positioning techniques and modalities are used to customize your individual needs. (not performed in the 1st trimester)
Foot Reflexology

Dry Brushing
